Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Menanggung Biaya Pengobatan Remaja yang Melompat dari Lantai Tiga Akibat Eksploitasi

wherearewegoing.net – Seorang remaja berusia 16 tahun, dikenal dengan inisial CC, telah mengalami trauma setelah melompat dari lantai tiga rumah majikannya di Karawaci, Kota Tangerang, akibat eksploitasi sebagai asisten rumah tangga. Pemerintah Kota Tangerang telah mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan menanggung semua biaya pengobatan korban.

Detail Kejadian dan Perawatan Medis:
CC saat ini dirawat intensif di RSUD Tangerang setelah insiden pada Rabu (30/5), di mana dia mengalami luka serius di kedua pergelangan kakinya. “Korban masih mendapatkan perawatan medis, dan Pemkot Tangerang akan menanggung sepenuhnya biaya pengobatannya,” kata Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho, Kapolres Metro Tangerang Kota pada konferensi pers tanggal 2 Juni 2024.

Manipulasi Identitas dan Tindakan Hukum:
Tersangka, yang diidentifikasi hanya sebagai J, diduga telah memalsukan identitas korban dengan membuat KTP palsu yang mencantumkan usia korban sebagai 21 tahun untuk memfasilitasi eksploitasi. Berdasarkan KK dan ijazah SMP, korban sebenarnya berusia 16 tahun dan berasal dari Kerawang, bukan Brebes seperti yang tertera di KTP palsu. “NIK pada KTP palsu tidak terdaftar di Disdukcapil,” jelas Kombes Zain.

Pasal dan Sanksi Hukum:
J kini menghadapi sejumlah tuntutan hukum berdasarkan UU RI No. 21 Tahun 2007 tentang Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO), serta berbagai pasal dalam UU Perlindungan Anak, UU tentang Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT), UU Ketenagakerjaan, dan beberapa pasal dalam KUHP tentang pemalsuan dokumen dan penahanan ilegal. “Saat ini, tersangka J telah ditahan di Rumah Tahanan Polres Metro Tangerang Kota,” tambah Kombes Zain.
